“Fight gone bad.”

5 rounds of

  • 1 minute run
  • 1 minute SDLHP (55lb KB)
  • 1 minute Box Jumps
  • 1 minute Push Press (45lb barbell)
  • 1 minute Wall Balls (10lb ball)

with 1-minute rest between rounds.

We only did 3 of the 5 prescribed rounds, but I was still whooped!

Still feel pretty flat after that cold. So I didn’t push it too hard and focused on good form.

I missed a couple due to a summer cold. (Still feelin it on this one! Ugg!)

400M run

10 Burpees

20 KB squats (40lbs)

30 Jumping Lunges

30 KB Renegade Rows (10lbs, too light)

50 Pushups

30 KB Renegade Rows (10lbs, too light)

30 Jumping Lunges

20 Squats (40lbs)

10 Burpees (I don’t think I was catching much air on the jumps :-/)

400M run (I walked the 2nd 100M of it, the downhill 200 was ok)

Then I rested a little bit and rolled with the MMA class. It felt good to dust off the cobwebs, but I’ve definitely lost ground. (I’m having to think too much about it now… no “flow” right now) I think being good and stinky after the CF class gave me the edge though! :D
