- 25 Box jumps (24″)
- 25 Burpees
- 25 SDLHPs (Sumo Dead Lift High Pull with kb)
- 25 Wall Balls

I’m so excited!! I finally feel like I’m over-the-hump as far as getting back into the groove and can finally start challenging myself again and increase wieght, etc. instead of being tentative and just trying to survive the workouts!
