For time:
50 Box jump
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
50 Lunges
50 Hanging knees to elbows
50 Push press
50 Back extensions (supermans)
50 Wall ball shots
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (jumprope) or 200 Jumps
31:08 Ehhh, it still kicked my ass worse than I had thought it would, but I still managed to knock 7 minutes off of my previous time!

- 30 lunges, 21 pull-ups, 21 situps
- 30 lunges, 18 pull-ups, 18 situps
- 30 lunges, 15 pull-ups, 15 situps
- 30 lunges, 12 pull-ups, 12 situps
- 30 lunges, 9 pull-ups, 9 situps
- 30 lunges, 6 pull-ups, 6 situps
14:40.
I’m really stoked, I got through probably 80% of the pull-ups as RXed.
