Then 10 40 yd dashes… (10x: run 40, jog back, run 40, etc. no rest)

- 400M run
- 21 KB swings
- 12 pullups
10:52 This was my first time to do all of the whoel thing as RXed. I slowed down by 23 seconds, but given doing all of the pullups w/o a box, doing pullups to failure (and tearing all of my calluses off of my right hand) yesterday, I’m happy with 10:52.

Team challenge. 2 person teams (Chris P and I, rotating reps as needed)
- 100 pull-ups (alternating sets of 10 each for first 80, then sets of two. No assistance!)
- 150 push-ups (20, 20,20,10,5)
- 200 sit-ups (100 each)
12:28 (or something like that)
Coming off of being sick, so I didn’t feel very strong, got through it though. Tore 2 calluses off of my hand (again) around pullup 37 though, had to stop and grab gloves.)
