a) 200 meter farmer carry (two 35lb kettlebells)
b) SDLP 55lbs
a) 200 meter racked carry (two kettlebells on shoulders)
b) Power clean to press (35lb kb)
a) 200 meter overhead carry (2 kettlebells)
b) KB Power cleans
Then 3 rounds of:
- Box jumps (24” box) 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds
- Ring rows- 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds
- Jumping squats – 20 seconds, rest 20 seconds
