		<description><![CDATA[Back to logging workouts I&#8221;ve been working crazy hours at my day job (minimum 60hrs) so I&#8217;m averaging only 1 workout per week. Diet has been pretty solid, 80%+ paleo. <li>12 pullups</li>

<div>10:39  RXed      Run felt good, KB swings were unbroken 1st set, then 2 sets and thne 3. Pull-ups were my weak area this time, definitely lost ground there.</div>
