Did this one solo and really felt whooped. This is my first solid week back after the injury, so I’m still realllly rusty. (I did 50 in just over 3 minutes over the summer :-/)

2 min burnout punch combos on bag

2 minutes rolling

2 minutes burnout kick combos on bag

2 minutes rolling
