- Max reps 1 minute situpsĀ (subbed crunches due to back) 84 iirc?
- 4 rounds of Tabata squats (lowest round score is official test score) 18,18,17,17
- Immediately run 1/4 mile: 1:44 (hilly/windy)
Then there’s a baseline workout:
- 1/4 mile run
- 40 squats
- 30 situps
- 20 pushups
- 10 pullups
